ABOUT US
Genesis Worship Center was established on January 6, 1991, by Dr. Danny and Marian DiAngelo. Pastor and Marian ministered as evangelists prior to entering pastoral ministry.​Their vision is to see each person at Genesis Worship Center to discover and fulfill the destiny that God has for them. Every individual has been created uniquely in the image of God. A common purpose unites us; we are called to be a people who worship and serve God with the resources He has placed in our lives. It is our vision to see God’s love being shared and communicated to and through those around us.
On December 27, 2020, our beloved founder and Senior Pastor, Dr. Danny DiAngelo, have gone to be with the Lord. As Genesis Worship Center is a place of beginnings, the mantel of Dr. DiAngelo will continue under the direction of Pastor Santino DiAngelo, sharing the message of Jesus with a new generation for the Glory of the Kingdom of God.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
WE BELIEVE…
the Bible to be the divinely inspired, infallible, inerrant, and authoritative word of God.

WE BELIEVE…
in the blessed hope – the rapture of the Church at Christ’s coming.

WE BELIEVE…
there is one God eternally existent in three persons:
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

WE BELIEVE…
in Christ's Lordship of the Church, the observance of the ordinance of Christian baptism for believers, and the Lord’s Supper.

WE BELIEVE…
in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, His unqualified deity, His sinless humanity and perfect life, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father's right hand, His personal future return to this earth in power and glory.

WE BELIEVE…
that justification is a judicial act of God on the believer's behalf solely on the merits of Christ's death and resurrection, and that regeneration by the power of the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
SALVATION
We believe that Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sin. We believe that salvation is only found by placing our faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again. (Romans 5:1; 5:8-9.)
WATER BAPTISM
At baptism, we let ourselves be completely immersed in the water. This symbolizes burial with our Lord; we are baptized into His death on the cross and are no longer slaves to self or sin (Romans 6:3-7). When we are raised out of the water, we are symbolically resurrected—raised to our new life in Christ, to be with Him forever, born into the family of our loving God (Romans 8:16).
COMMUNION
We believe in regularly receiving Communion as an act of remembering the sacrifice that Jesus made for us through dying on the cross.
(1 Corinthians 11:24-25)
RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
We believe that every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit, and being conformed to the image, character, and likeness of Christ. (Philippians 3:12-13). The presence of the Holy Spirit in a born again believer, through the salvation of Jesus, is God’s definite means of an endowment of gifting and power for service for the Kingdom of God. (Acts 1:5, 2:1-4)
